MYAMALL EXPRESS – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made from Myamall Express. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms outlined herein.

1. Return Window

All return requests must be initiated within 48 hours (2 days) from the confirmed delivery date. Any request made after this period shall be automatically declined.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, the item must strictly meet all of the following conditions:

  • Must be unused, unworn, and unaltered
  • Must be in its original condition and packaging
  • Must include all original tags, labels, and accessories
  • Must be accompanied by a valid electronic receipt or invoice

Myamall Express reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine whether these conditions have been satisfied.

3. Non-Returnable

Items The following items are not eligible for return, except where proven defective at the time of delivery:

  • Undergarments
  • Personal care and hygiene products
  • Perishable goods
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

4. Return Authorization

All returns must receive prior approval from Myamall Express. Items returned without authorization may be rejected and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

5. Refund Terms

  • Refunds are subject to inspection and approval of the returned item.
  • Approved refunds shall be processed within 5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued strictly to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • A non-refundable processing fee of 1.9% of the total purchase amount shall be deducted from all refunds.

6. Inspection and Rejection Rights

Myamall Express reserves the right to refuse any return or issue a partial refund if:

  • The item shows signs of use, damage, or alteration
  • The return conditions are not fully met
  • The returned item differs from what was originally shipped

7. Risk and Responsibility for Returns

The customer bears full responsibility for the returned item until it is received and acknowledged by Myamall Express. Myamall Express shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage occurring during return transit.

8. Fair Use & Abuse Prevention

This Policy is designed to ensure fairness to all customers. Accordingly, Myamall Express reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or limit returns where fraudulent, excessive, or abusive behavior is suspected
  • Restrict, suspend, or terminate services to customers who violate this Policy

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Myamall Express shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from the use of our products or services.

10. Chargebacks and Disputes

Customers agree to contact Myamall Express to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Failure to do so may result in account suspension or restriction from future purchases.

11. Policy Amendments

Myamall Express reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

12. Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts within Nigeria.
